Dr. Hafeez completed his Nephrology and Hypertension training at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI, and has been a practicing Nephrologist in Houston, TX since 2007. He is Board Certified in Nephrology and is also the Medical Director of several Davita Dialysis facilities. He is one of the most well-respected nephrologists in the Greater Houston community. Dr. Hafeez excels in all aspects of Nephrology and Hypertension, including, but not limited to, acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, home hemodialysis and continuous renal replacement therapies.
